What Is ConiferGDB?
ConiferGDB contains integrated bioinformatics resources in conifer genomics, proteomics and metabolomics. While integrating with other public resources, ConiferGDB contains its own unique databases and tools that are not available elsewhere. It is aimed to be a freely available community platform that will facilitate data exchange, sharing and integration among different groups of researchers around the world. Databases and software tools in ConiferGDB have open and unrestricted accesses. We also provide password-protected databases and services for our collaboratros upon their requests.
