We strive to provide our users the up-to-date genome annotations in our EST-Genome-Browser.
Currently, we have TAIR8 Genome
release for Arabidopsis thaliana, Rice Annotation Project (RAP) build 4.0 for Oryza sativa,
AUGUSTUS 5.0 for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii,
NCBI's Hidden Markov Model (HMM) ab initio prediction for Populus trichocarpa, and JGI gene annotations for
Glycine max and
Physcomitrella patens.
